He could ve done better on the design for my nails instead of just doing it to get it done. I was not satisfied with the end result but I still paid what he asked for. But not a week later, whatever product he used for my nails started to come off, and they all did not stick. I had gotten a gel manicure with a design, and it did not stay. I get that the product you may use is expensive but at least do a better job and not brag so much about something thatisn't going to back you up.

First time customer. Scheduled online for a pedicure and gelx set w/ 1 color. Tabatha is amazing! It had been ten years since I’d had my nails done and I knew they’d have their work cut out for them. Tabitha gave an awesome pedicure, went above and beyond with the foot/leg massage and getting my calluses removed. My toes look so great! And MY NAILS ARE PHENOMENAL! She is meticulous and her standards are top notch. So happy to finally find a salon in Farmington that provides excellence.

This place was recommended by a good friend and It was my first time coming in today. Papa Jay is a wonderful, fun, and talented artist! He’s an honest person who isn’t afraid to share his personality. He’s very detailed in his work and we appreciated it so much. Thank you Papa Jay, lovely meeting you! I called to schedule an appointment. They instructed me to do it online, which I did. When I showed up for my highly anticipated appointment…..doors were locked and no one is here.Response to owner:You are excused. I was there on time. I was treating my mother for a pedi while she was in town visiting.I called as well to see if anyone was there while we waited.Doors were locked.No one was there.I would have better service with fast food. You all wasted my time and you are extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. No excuses for that.

Jay was rude and 20 minutes late. Asked my age for an age limit and didnt even know my name. He kept calling me someone else and argued with me over a miscommunication about nails i wanted. Overall rude and will not book with jay again or go back.

Love love love love this place.. It is absolutely amazing. Priscilla and Jay have both done my nails. They are talented. The etiquette professionalism the ambiance is spa like feel. Prices are reasonable.

Jay was very rude, came in for my appointment, he didn't greet me.. didn't feel welcomed. I asked for a price and he got frustrated and explained to me the time slots and what they are for, which I am aware. Overall, he made me feel like I was an inconvenience for him after I asked for a.price. I mean come on, im a single mother just tryna get my nails done. I was super excited for my appointment, waited all week. SMH. And this had to happen.
