Hands down the two best Chiropractors I've even been to. I have been to several in the state due to moving around and others do not compare. They are very confident, quick, effective and are very knowledgeable in all aspects! Would recommend 100/10.

Top Notch! It's been years since I've been to a Chiropractor. I scheduled an appt with Dr. Ryan as he came highly recommended from my boss. The instant I met Dr. Ryan he was upbeat, well spoken, asked questions and explained what his end goal was for me. I'll be honest, the interview room does have some casting couch vibes but it's not important. Once he sees you in the interview room, then you get taken to a triage room where he takes your temp, blood pressure and all that jazz. Gets a feeling of the condition your back is in. Once you get through all this (Only for your very first appt) then you get taken to the adjustment table. I'll say this, I've never had a chiropractor...read full review

I'm very blessed to have found La Mesa Chiropractic. The staff is very professional and friendly. Dr. Ryan is amazing. His energy and enthusiasm are contagious. Safe and gentle treatment. Highly recommended!
