I've never been in a fight in my life before and I decided to give this place a shot. Coach Sword, Bruce, and Shane were all amazing coaches and taught me the fundamentals. They always put my safety first when teaching. Sparring and rolling with all the other students there was also really fun and everyone was very respectful. This was about a year or two ago and unfortunately I had to move so I was no longer able to attend. Great place overall!
