Salesman was great but the (brand new) truck I bought had issues. I tried to find reasonable solutions to the problem that would be fair for both parties but the management of the dealership was condescending and dismissive.

I came here after I had been having terrible service and trouble with Auto Max and I am SO glad I did. I went to the used lot and received the best service and treatment I thought was long gone from car dealerships. I wasn't hounded or pressured like other lots. They provided me with a run down detailed list of everything they fixed with my used (new to me) car. And they actually do their vehicle inspections unlike Auto Max! They got me financed with the best deal and with the bank I wanted. They even worked with me on price! I love this place!!! The environment is nice and inviting. My experience each time I've gone to Horace Nissan has absolutely been awesome. Very helpful,friendly and got the job done perfectly. They were great in the service department for my great truck I purchased in Albuquerque. I moved to Farmington last year and Horace Dealership was a blessing. The dealership in Alb. was terrible to deal with... Thank you to everyone.. .
