Our heater quit working unexpectedly and it was an inducer motor. They arrived promptly around an hour after my call, quickly narrowed down the issue & located the part, gave the quote, etc. They returned in the afternoon to replace and did so quickly and with ease! The furnace is running so smoothly now. It was an expensive part and they were straight forward about the part cost, labor, etc. as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for their professional, kind & efficient service and service providers!

We just received a complete Carrier furnace install with custom sheet metal work (including filter housing) and a new thermostat. Scheduling with Jason was super easy, and the two techs sent out did a great job! The customer service was great, they called before they arrived, once onsite they walked us through the process and began work. They placed protective coverings for the floors, cleaned as they went and hauled all the old stuff away. Rick and Jacob were very pleasant and professional to deal with in our home. We are so happy to be rid of our 40 year old furnace! Highly recommend this great local business!
