Just had an eye exam. Everybody was professional and efficient. I went next door and Jackie, the tech waited on me, answered my questions, and made suggestion in regard to my eyeglass order. It was easy.
Just a great experience overall, plus shout out to the nurse who eased my anxiety of getting an eye exam after 5 yrs. For all the eye exams that I had in my lifetime never had such professionalism along with patience an A+ for me.
I never thought that I could get a same-day appointment. It was nice because it was the day before my birthday and I need glasses so I gave them a call and lo and behold. They were able to get me in within a few hours while I was there I was treated with the upmost respect, dignity, and self-worth I could ever put into any kind of words other than the ones that I have just said the optometrist or a.k.a. doctor she was freaking amazing. I seen her in 2016 and she remembered me from then I highly recommend these people don’t go anywhere else you will get burned left blind, and taken him for a fool.
