I just want to say that when I first to move Farmington from Texas in 2018 I met Sandy Foxwell with Coldwell real-estate. Not only did she help me find an outstanding home to buy she also rented me one of her very own duplexes with out having to sign an extended contract because she new she was going to sell me a home. Now proceed 4 more years it is time to sell my home I asked her to represent me. Sandy has been nothing but a true professional. I had some things that I said I wish I could take back.
