“The receptions greets patients with kindness, courtesy and respect. The reception area is clean & organized. The nurse that started my appointment demonstrated professionalism & patience as she ran through the basics of checking all vitals, etc while visiting personably with me. Dr. Mirabal takes her time when reviewing results and explaining different medications and possible procedures in layman's terms. Although she has back- to -back appointments, Dr. Mirabal takes her time to explain & address questions without rushing. I greatly appreciate Dr. Mirabel and her team at Duke City.“
