We are from out of state and always worry about 5akung the dogs to a different groomer. This place is AWESOME ! Very nice groomers. Dogs look fantastic. Prices are comparable. If we are passing thru again we will definitely bring our pups here I highly recommend this place !! Thank you !
Well I wish I could leave great reviews like most of these, which Is why I dropped in today but was disappointed in our visit. Took my dog to get nails trimmed for the first time in years and they had a grinder which I was going to try at home but wanted to see how they do it and make sure I don't hurt her. And for a walk in at $10 of course I was happy with the deal! However the young girl that tended to us walked straight over from behind the counter, bent down and just grabbed my dogs leg and just turned it on.. right there in the tiny front lobby with no warning or prep, scared the crap out of her and I was like whoa whoa she's never had the grinder before can we sit down or put her on a table... so then after struggling and me fussing girl was getting snippy at me. I was mostly upset that she did nothing to ease my dog into this new alarming thing and kept arguing with me about repositioning her. On top of that she should have recommended a mask bcuz nails dust was just blowing everywhere as I'm tryna hold and comfort with both arms. I specifically requested she not pick her up and she ignored me. The nails themselves look worse than before and are all sharp so I have to file them anyway and my dog keeps licking her paws bcuz she yelped at one point cuz the girl wouldn't listen to me. SMH definitely not returning. 😣🐕
Will definitely be taking my dog back!
