When I called at 08:00 and told the dispatcher where I was, he got on another phone and called a truck he knew was in my area. Within 30 minutes that operator was on site and ready to go to work. In less than an hour he completed a difficult job and I couldn't be happier.

Called Bill this morning about my septic pipe. He came out by 8:30 told me what needed to be done and said he'd be out tomorrow. Surprise...he showed up today and by noon my pipe was repaired.
