I cannot recommend Shanna and Roots Flower Co. enough! From the phone call to delivery was roughly an hour and a half, with constant communication throughout. She even went so far as to send pictures of the arrangement for my approval before she delivered it. I will not use anyone besides her for my local floral needs.
Highly recommend! Shanna created a beautiful arrangement for my sister and included our Grandmother’s favorite flowers to make it extra special. When you’re ordering flowers over the phone you never know for sure how they’ll look. But she sent a picture so I could see for myself. Her customer service is outstanding! Cloudcroft is lucky to have her! ❤️
