I am disappointed in the services I have received. An ac unit was installed in my home May 2025 by this company and since then we have had problems since. Last year in June the ac went out and again in July. And not the same issues are happening. When someone comes out to fix one issue another arises. 2 weeks ago we went 2 weeks with out ac once the ac was believed to be fixed less than a week later the ac went out again. We are now waiting on a control board. I was told the part would be in yesterday when k checked in today I am told it was never ordered. We are about to go into another two week wait.
This company is top notch! Rick's crew came out and installed new service to my house. They were on time, professional, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend and will be hiring them again!
I worked with Rick for a new home setup from the beginning. At first, upon seeing all the negative reviews and a small misunderstanding at the beginning, I was a little weary to move forward. Hooking up electric, water, water softener & RO, and new septic is a huge expense and want it done correctly and without unannounced bills. Yes, it was expensive. I got a few other quotes on some of the pieces and they were very comparable and I'd prefer to work with a single vendor. Rick would call ME saying he just went by the land and saw xyz happening; he was on top of things and ready to go whenever the house was ready for his team to start.
