Cutting Edge is a welcoming business where stylists are caring, attentive, and treat customers like family. They are trusted to do an amazing job with various haircuts, including children's cuts and challenging styles like fades, even with difficult hair. The stylists are highly recommended. The price is considered a little high by some, but customers report being very happy with the service. It is a reliable place for walk-ins that accepts credit cards.
The only stylist that was there was the grandmother and she was awesome! She talked to me like I was apart of the family. She also did an amazing job on my high & tight fade, most people have trouble with my head due to weird cowlicks but she had no problems. The price is a little high for my taste $30, but I haven't paid for a haircut in so long I guess this is the going rate. Even for the price she was still awesome! Definitely recommend going here.
Was visiting Carlsbad and needed a haircut. I tried six different places until I settled on this place. The other places either were closed, didn't take credit cards, or wouldn't take walkins. Cutting Edge worked out well for me and I was very happy with this place.
I called last minute and the lady was able to get me in within 15 mins.. it was $16 for a wash, cut and style! She took her time on my hair and I really enjoyed it bc it kept my mind at ease that she wasn't rushing and messing up! I highly recommend for a basic hair trim 😉
