Today (4/11/25) Mason came a did my annual spring checkup. Very respectful young man, very thorough and explained the outcome for me. We called a couple of places to inquire about purchasing and installing a REME Halo LED and Carlsbad Cooling & Heating knew what we were talking about. They came out to look at our downdraft system and then sent us a quote. Marcus also talked about putting in a water cutoff valve on the system in the house and only charged us for the part because he was already working on our system. Then when he was under the house he found one of our lines was leaking air so he tapped it up, and they noticed one of our lines in the house wasn't insulated enough so they reinsulated and taped it up. The way our system is installed makes it difficult to work under the house where they had to install the Halo. We were very happy with the job that was done and the attention to detail. We highly recommend Carlsbad Cooling & Heating.
