Last week I dropped off the gown to be pressed for my daughters graduation. I dropped off on Wednesday about midday. The young man working was friendly and fast. He smiled and greeted me upon entrance. By Thursday at 6:30 I received a text notification that my item was ready. I picked it up the next day. The same gentleman helped me. He again was quick and kind. The service was very inexpensive as well.
In October they lost my clothes said they would reimburse me after I left a bad review and nothing was done. To day I go to pickup my clothes and I received filthy clothes and someone else’s clothes, and did not receive a literally never worn pair of pants that I dropped off the day I purchased them . They called like they were going to make things right but they never followed through.
This cleaners suck i will not take my cloths back to them at all I took 3 things Tuesday morning and went to pick up them today and I got 1 out of 3 I dont understand how I took all 3 together and only got back one pair of pants is all they had why aren't all 3 done together like I dropped off dont make any since at all
