Claire Melgarde is awesome! She is thorough and caring! The "My chart" style system is really bad though. I can't even see my test results. Their "IT" guy doesn't seem to care whether it works or not.
We are very happy with this provider. I have been seeing Rebecca Casalino for several years now, and she is very knowledgeable, friendly, compassionate, and an excellent healthcare provider. The other practitioners I have seen occasionally over the years here have been great as well.
I have been going to El Pueblo Health Services for many years and they are the best! My provider is Rebecca Casalino, NP. She is remarkable in her knowledge, care and compassion. Her assistant, Antoinette, stays on top of everything the patient needs. I have quite a few health issues but feel very confident with the care I receive here.
