Yourson have helped us with a couple projects now, and they have done a stellar job! Paul is great and his guys are all very nice and hard workers. They’ll do whatever they can to get the job done right.
YourSon Construction is a godsend. They renovated two of our bathrooms in our 1957 home after we developed a leak between our bathroom walls. They fixed our plumbing, rotting studs, electricity, mold and mildew. Both rooms were gutted top to bottom, side to side. Paul is a consummate professional as was our crew. Paul supplied a materials list for us and told us where to go to buy things. They were all delightful. They were respectful of our home and cleaned up daily. Hard workers with only a 30 minute break for lunch. We bought zipper containment doors to mitigate dust and dirt. As an aside, we had plenty of water and coffee for our guys, pizzas on Fridays. The project, a bathroom repair and tile replacement, was done beautifully. Everyone who came to the house was a pleasure to work with. Mauricio and Paul Barragan estimated the work needed and gave us innovative and cost effective solutions to our problem of failing grout and potential water leakage. The technical crews--Andres, Juan, Ricardo, Hugo, Omar, and Juan Carlo, were exceptional. They had to remove large glass doors and walls around the shower, repair water damaged sub walls, replace tile, install quartz, and then put it all back together. We were prepared for the possibility that new glass might be necessary ($6000), but they saved the original glass and reinstalled it seamlessly over the new quartz and tile, matching the original installation down to the millimeter. It looks better than when first built. Whenever they encountered a problem (and there were a few with the existing structure) they resolved it immediately and effectively. I would highly recommend Yourson Contruction.
