Very impressed! Very prompt in answering the phone, setting an appointment and a professional and excellent job in repairing and cleaning our gas log fireplaces. Will definitely use again!
Our thermostat went out during a very cold week, and we have an older home. Williams got us on the schedule quickly, and replaced the thermostat, and found one that actually fit in a narrow space on the wall. Our technician was friendly, helpful, and competent. We were very pleased with the service Williams provided and would definitely recommend them!
Bret was very professional and did a great job. He explained in detail what he was doing and asked if I had any questions. Bret left the area clean when he finished. Very pleased-highly recommend!
