Our experience was 5 stars plus. Dani did our roof inspection and estimate. We also had 3 other companies do the same. Dani was the consummate professional. She was able to answer all our questions and her knowledge level was superior to the other company reps. One company tried to tell us our roof could not have the ridge vent we desired but Dani provided all the calculations supporting this option and even verified it with the supplier rep while also giving us his info. She also provided a Zoom presentation of the entire process with details on each component of the roof system. The roof was installed in about 5 1/2 hours with a large crew. They hung protection for our stucco and landscape where appropriate and did an excellent job cleaning up. It is now 3 months later and we are super pleased with our roof and the entire experience. Whitlock also coordinated with our insurance and HVAC contractor beautifully.
