I had a dispute on the price of some T shirts and she told me that's what the computer charged. Upset, I told her I wouldn't be coming here anymore, and she said, "I don't care." No problem.The worse as none customer service.Stay way!!

Appears this business sold. I had not used them in several years, but had always been satisfied - timely, fair priced, and good quality. Today, the woman who appeared from the back to intake my clothing couldn't communicate. She didn't speak english. What I did get and clearly understood was her attmempt to over charge me $58 to dry clean two items, a peacoat and a summer maxi dress. It was also very clear that she was not using a set pricing chart and the amounts per item she quoted were random, determined right on the spot. This interaction was odd and very unprofessional. Inflation exists, but not to this extent.

These people are complete bafoons! They cut holes in my military uniform to remove the belt hooks, wanted to charge me for a wedding dress when it was just a formal dress and wanted to over charge me for a little pet hair on a tux. The best was when she told me my sons tux was dirty. Isn’t that what the dry cleaners is for? Be warned! Do not use!!!
