Wagner was awesome! Luis and his partner came and did some electrical work and were both very kind, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend using Wagner and I will definitely use them again in the future.
I called after 9 am on a Friday because my HVAC was acting weird. They scheduled a technician and about an hour later they were calling to tell me he was on the way. He deduced a motor failure and recommended replacement of the motor and another unit because it was probably damaged. DONE before 2pm. So glad we’re having a cool weekend even though it’s fixed!
Ahhh coolness again! A most welcomed surprise, appt was for tomorrow but they had an opening this afternoon. Thank you Jose for replacing the pump- he was great, knowledgeable, kind and respectful - thank you for your expertise.! Me and the pups are staying cool. Ha Thanks again - ?
