Cannot believe I have not written this before! Vivian Spinn (and her wonderful support staff) are just terrific. She is professional, efficient, excellent at explaining everything well, and kind and patient! She has completed my tax statements as well as provided help with other financial needs for several years. She has graciously coordinated with my other financial advisors as well. She's a gem!
This lady is alright. She wasn't able to take on any new clients because she's full but it didn't prevent her from answering an important question I had regarding a specific tax form type. She didn't have to do that but she did, and it shows her selflessness.
