Fiancé walked in at 11:00am and was told they were accepting their last walk in client aside from that, they only accept the first 3 walk ins total for one day. They advise walk ins would be seen in between appointments. After about an hour of waiting, checked in with front desk for an estimated wait time and was told I could not be given a timeframe. Staff prioritize chit-chat and snack breaks in between clients - not taking clients back to be seen. Several people with appointments had priority, which is reasonable… After nearly 4 HOURS of waiting was FINALLY taken to the back to the by technician to get his eyes reviewed. Dr. Fritz saved my life by seeing my inter--cranial hypertension in September of 2024 when my previous drs didn't pay mind.
As of today the pressure in my head is normal now. Will definitely be returning for my yearly eye exam.
The only negative is sometimes the front desk are not very communicative to patients and to eachother. But otherwise I'm very thankful.

Very late review, I'm sorry. Stopped by in May 2024. Driver here looking for eye relief from an eye infection. They were kind of my last option, called and was told they only took a limited amount of walk ins daily but if I got there within a bit they'd take me.
Very appreciative here for being helped out that day, had to keep rolling as I was only passing by and they were able to help me out.
