I’ve been going to Uptown Park Dental for over a decade now since I was a child. Throughout this time, there have been several dentists, hygienists, and front desk staff but they’ve always been great. I’ve had braces, cavities, and now crowns (because I didn’t take care of my teeth after my braces) and they’ve always been helpful. They always encouraged me to take care of my teeth and I didn’t. Now that I do, they congratulate me when I come in and they can tell I brush and floss daily now. Roxanne has always been so nice!
Very classy, love Dr. Holly. You can tell she does get stressed though and as a patient towards the end of the day I felt it, which was a little unprofessional. Had a pretty bad tooth that needed to be pulled insisted I leave work early to come in and have it taken out. But instead of pulling it after making it a point to get me scheduled to have it taken out, I was told "I'm not going to sit here and dig for a root" and got referred to a specialist way up in Rio Rancho. Waste of an office visit and copay - I was pretty taken aback by the fact that a dentist told me they weren't going to do the job they went to school for. Some people's kids..... read full review
We started with uptown a bit before the year that never was and my son has special needs so I'm always cautious with his medical care staff, the the staff from the front desk to all of the staff in the back have been nothing but caring and attentive to not only him but me they check in on him and his crazy games that he talks to them about each time he comes back, I have no idea how he they remember but I so appreciate it and so does he. And it's not just oh what game are you playing it's the specific game he is playing that takes dedication and attentiveness even if it's just a note and a chart it's special, and even if that staff member is not... read full review
