My wife and I've been getting our hair cut by Joan, the proprietor at Upper Cuts, since our 42 year old son was 4. She's like a member of our family.She's got tons of experience and knows just how I like my hair. My wife is less rigid than I, but Joan always pleases her with whatever style cut she suggests.Her shop is a friendly place for responsible adults. I have been going to Joan Moore at Upper Cuts for 20 years!! She is the best hairdresser around!! And she is reasonably priced unlike other places. I get more compliments on my hair than any other feature! Thanks Joan!
