Took my two year old here and the nurses and doctors were so wonderful and compassionate. Even with my son screaming in their face. He was just scared and they were very understanding and worked quickly to figure out what was wrong. Even the girl at the front desk was very sweet. Best experience I’ve had in an urgent care.
Every time I take my daughter here it's a great experience. Of course, there's gonna be a wait time, things may not always go perfect, (as I imagined them to go), but you know what; in the end it's always a great experience. The staff is always helpful and kind. (I must say, if I had to deal with the impatient and entitled people they have to deal with on a daily basis I would definitely be a jerk).
