Okay so based on my first impressions not good. They rescheduled me once and when I called to ask about prices, the lady acted super inconvenienced. I have not even had my first appointment yet. I am reconsidering everything, don’t treat your patients like crap, especially when they have a life threatening illness.

They don't send reminders for massages and have zero compassion for mistakes. The person in front is not willing to work with people or make accomodations. I am thankful my mistake happened so that I don't have to experience this office again. This was the most unfriendly, and emotionless office I have ever been to. I will pay more out of pocket for a positive experience with kinder staff. If you are sensitive at all, I suggest a different option.

I am leaving this review a little over a year after the event because I’m still thinking about it and it honestly is so upsetting to me still. I had an appointment here and I ended up coming on the wrong day, I was a few days early. I had a nightmare of a time getting into the building and when they couldn’t find my appointment, I pulled it up on my phone and said that I was sorry and that it was the wrong day. The ladies at the front desk laughed at me. And I wasn’t the only person in there, they laughed at me in front of other patients. They weren’t laughing with me, I wasn’t laughing.
