Havent gone to a salon in 3 years. Was a bit skeptical but decided to give it a go. This lovely lady Vanessa did my hair and it came it out so perfect! Literally zero complaints, very comfortable experience.
Vanessa was amazing and sweet to my wife, we are going on vacation tomorrow and she needed a last minute cut after a rough experience with another salon that wasted her time and lied. Vanessa was ecstatic to help and made sure my wife got the experience she deserved. We will be coming back to this salon in the future!
Called yesterday to make emergency appointment to fix my hair; the owner was able to accommodate me and... The best haircut since I was 25:)! I took photos of the K-Dama "Tommorow" (Netflix) actress, (who's haircut I love:) and she was able to not only save me, I ended up with the Exact style I wanted. Exclamation point. I literally cried with tears of joy. Thank you Ultimate Changes Salon? ??❤️Can't believe how beautifully my hair moves now:)! Can hardly wait to return.
