Triumph won us over with our master bathroom remodel. Having moved from Seattle to our new home in Corrales, the master bath and kitchen were simply outdated. Shelly's search for a designer contractor builder led her to Triumph. We had a couple other companies come bid, but we felt the most confident with Janet's demeanor and professionalism. The price was on the high-end of our budget but we knew we were willing to pay extra to get the quality hands-on attention. And we got what we wanted, we were very pleased. This company was a no show for a scheduled estimate. I left work early to meet with the designer/VP. I understand that maybe the job was too small, however, courtesy would be to let the customer know.Update: the owner did call and attempt to reschedule. We have found someone else to complete the remodel but would consider using them in the future.
