I got a full set and the man close to the register was friendly. During that full set I had to go back 3 times to replace a broken nail in which they charge you every time and want a tip. Why do I have to pay when they are so thin they break easily? Each time I went back to get fixed I told them the nails are too thin, not enough product. I always told I was wrong.

I am shocked. I got a simple gel manicure and pedicure (no special upgrades or anything) and was charged $99.95! She wouldn't even tell me the total before she ran my card. I asked 3x how much before I handed over my card and due to language barrier (?) she didn't answer...I figured it would just be on par with the usual prices I pay...so wrong. Definitely not worth this amount of money.

Pedicure: I'm old. I have a limited flexibility in my back. I have a big belly. Taken together, that makes it hard for me to do really good foot and nail care. After watching some episodes of Queer Eye for the Straight Guy, I decided to begin better self care. We older males need to get a grip on our concept of masculinity. I have been to this salon several times. They are very accommodating and cheerful on the telephone to schedule. The salon is clean and professional appearing. The staff work hard, and communicate clearly. The photos show the sequence of a typical visit. Greeted at the door, taken to the back and seated in a comfortable chair, then a start with a soaking of the nails, followed by the trim, and many other details, including sanding down calluses on my lower feet. It all ends with a warm towel wrap. My experience here is truly excellent. To add to the experience: They have classic old rock playing on the overhead speakers. The price is excellent; I am a regular now, and will remain so.
