We decided to install two bidet toilet seats which required shutting off the toilet bowl water line and discovered one of the valves was leaking when it was opened. I contacted Zach (who had previously fixed a problem years earlier) in the morning and setup a service call for the afternoon. He and Jesus came in and replaced three valves in short order. They were very professional, efficient, and expedient. They deserve kudos for their teamwork and definitely 5 stars!
We had a great experience with TLC recently on 12/12/25. Judocus Joe Goris installed a bidet and hauled our old one away. It was a complicated electrical situation and he was the go-to expert for the job. Very efficient, professional, explained everything! Highly recommend Joe and TLC!
Zach and his coworker were prompt, attentive, and kind. They took the time to help me understand the problem in detail, and offered reasonable solutions to it. No strong-arm tactics, and no attitude—these guys were great.
