I lived in ABQ for about 15 years stayed here for about 3 of them. Of the 5 or so places I have lived, this place is top two. It's quiet, the rent is reasonable for the space, maintenance is very good, neighbors are fantastic, management is very transparent. My only negative is the appliances are a bit dated, no laundry hook ups, parking depending on where you live can be a hassle. The first floor also comes with a higher chance to get bugs since there are lots of grass and water on the property. Still would liked to stay here longer.

This apartment has been great, except for recently. We have complained multiple times, and alerted security. But a neighbor downstairs moved in, is wildly, loud, blast, music, and smokes weed. We have nothing against weed, except for we can’t get away from it when it watts into our apartment. I have super bad allergies and the allergic to things like weed, ragweed, and when tumbleweeds are burned.
This apartment is great, neighbors are great, staff is great, but we can’t seem to get help with this new neighbor.

Clean rooms! Accessibility issues or would have earned 5th star. I know. Right? A senior community but there were no bars in the bathroom, challenges to inter-building movement and to other areas of the community. There is no weekend access to indoor pool--stairs.Secure - Friendly Staff - Beautiful Space - Convenient to ABQ Bus Line - Walmart ACROSS THE STREET - Price is AMAZINGA well earned 4 stars. Bars and ramps are all that are needed for perfection.
