From the first phone call to the service everything was perfect. Customer service is top notch. The person that answered the phone was very really helpful and knowledgeable. The technician was amazing and very good at his job. He was wonderful. He solved our problem and explained everything to us. Overall, I am very impressed. We'll definitely be doing business with them from now on.
August 13th - After both of our AC units failed (18 yrs old), Thompson came to the rescue and installed our new system, 5 and 3 ton units. They were the best price out of 3 quotes and the installs were done in one day. August 26th - Installation of an LG heat pump/AC 2 ton unit for pour sunroom. The unit is very quiet and will make this room enjoyable year-round.
Thompson has been amazing! They did a great job installing a new system, they have professional and friendly employees, and they quickly took care of a problem that developed. I would highly recommend.
