Just got my Jacket back I took it In Monday to get cleaned they did a Excellent job will be taking my jacket here for now on and no where else! Kinda far from my house but we'll worth the drive to get it cleaned!!! I recommend the Cleanery to anyone who needs their Clothes dry cleaned!!! Just bought another Jacket with a fur Hoodie a white one which is going to get dirty pretty easy and when it does I will bring it here to get Dry cleaned.
I had a great experience using The Cleanery for the first time. The staff were professional, attentive, customer focused and on time with the delivery. The options for starch met expectations. They handled a special request with ease. The delivery service is a great option that they provide and it was a generally smooth process. One snag was in setting up the delivery since they hadn't set the payment method at the initial drop off. I am looking forward to working with The Cleanery and their reputation was what brought me to them. In a perfect world for me, they would be open on Sundays but that may not be necessary given the delivery services. I had to delay the start of my service having first visited The Cleanery on Sunday. That and the initial setup are why I rate The Cleanery a 4.75/5. Solid class A cleanery.
