Rachel of the Barberologist Lounge is the real deal; knowledgeable, professional with attention to detail you would expect. Booked the VIP and was not disappointed. Gotten my haircut/service in D.C., NY, LA and Las Vegas and would match her up with any of them. Don't hesitate... go make a reservation!
Where to even start? I was referred to Rachel by my brother who could not give higher praises. He has crazy curly hair and is very particular with what he likes. He could not brag enough about how she took the time to understand his hair type, his needs and concerns and together they found perfect ways to manage his unruly hair. Please note, that like any other woman, I had not been to a stylist in well over 15 years or more. My hair was 3-4 colors (due to home coloring, age peeping it's ugly head and old color not to mention it was about 20 different lengths and oh gosh the fried ends. Just shameful! Tired of them ingrown hairs, being itchy all over because hair was left all on you or not getting the services in the description the barberologist lounge is the place to go Rachel meets those needs I came to her because I was frustrated with the Ingrown hairs I was getting which she explained dirty tools were being used since going to her I haven’t gotten a single one also she noticed my line up was pushed back but she got me right she takes pride in what she does not only does she make you feel comfortable she takes her time with her cuts and whats impressive is she continues to always want to learn by attending shows also I highly recommend the works that includes... read full review
