I had Terminix quarterly pest control services for several years. I canceled today and could not be happier! The technician I was assigned was extremely unprofessional and spoke to me very rudely any time I would try to reschedule, which was every time, because he would just call the day before and say he’s showing up regardless of if the time worked for me or not. Trying to reschedule was like pulling teeth and every time they would come, I would end up frustrated. Would NEVER recommend this company.

Worst company for pest control. Got charged 3 times with this company as a no show. They owe me around 380.00, last time they came I had already canceled and they hit me for 140.00. Talked to my bank and got the 140.00 back ( horrible company) .1 starService: Spider extermination

They made charges to my card that was unauthorized and refused to fix the problem. Gave me wrong information about payments and treatments. Do not recommend at all! ZERO STARS!
