Lauren brought knowledge, training, skill, and empathy to our session. I had deep-tissue massage, which requires all of the above to keep me from wanting to punch the person whose elbow is planted deep in my side. Because Lauren knows what she's doing, I could relax enough to let her help me dissolve knots and release debilitating tension. Her studio is cozy and she is lovely.
Place was super nice and clean. The massage was excellent and unique, very good though, just never had the vibrations from the music in the table it added quite a positive experience 😀 👍.
