I been coming here for last 5+ years they once had a person who answered the phone and took reservations no longer do they have,my stylist Chris and other stylist Sara don't have time to be answering phone to take appointments Chris and Sara need HELP!!!!!!

Stylist: They need a receptionist period.........

Carmen is my stylist and she is EXCELLENT. She is very consistent from one cut to the next, but she always checks in as she goes to ask if I want it a bit shorter/longer this time. She has a very pleasant and easy-going personality so I enjoy visiting with her each time. Carmen has an itinerate schedule, so she often serves at different locations wherever she's needed. I have no problem following her around town to be sure and get her as my stylist!Service: Haircut
