I didn't realize I was so tense and inflexible. I look forward to this forget on getting more flexible to regain my quality of life. I can tell from my initial visit, this week do the trick.
I just finished my 3 month commitment.... this is definitely an investment in yourself!! All the practitioners I've worked with were awesome and left me feeling amazing thank you Kate, Rob, Violet and my favorite Sam....also shotout to Natalie for working with my schedule traversing the Academy and Riverside locations
First time here; Samantha was very informative and courteous. Had a good time with her and liked her explanations for the process. She was also very understanding when I didn't commit due to personal reasons.
