I had made an appointment and arrived 20 mins early, and I arrived at the address given and I wasn't sure about the area. It looked sketchy, and I called to make sure I was at the right place and he said he was 7 minutes away.. well I waited 30 minutes and a no show. I called back and was told the owner would call me, and again no call or text. I would not recommend this place.

Terrible customer service. Scheduled appointment online and accepted and they never showed up. I called and the guy told me he would call me back and never did, I called and texted and no response so ill spread the word to never use this companyService: Auto detailing

I used this company about a year ago and was impressed, so I scheduled appointments with them again. I scheduled two appointments one week apart, one for my car and one for my husband’s. They did not show or call last week for the 1st appointment, even after receiving a confirmation text the day before and day of. I text and the emailed with no response. I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and see what happened today. Once again; I received the confirmation text the day before and day of and again, no one showed up or called to reschedule. Very disappointed! I will be taking my business somewhere else.Service: Auto detailing
