Steady Networks contacted me within an hour of the submission of my help request. Adnan was the IT support person who called me. I am very hesitant to give out any information to someone contacting me as an incoming call, especially to give them access to my computer. Adnan was very patient with all my questions. Once I realized he already had all my information connected with my help request and I didn't have to give him any info, I was relieved and proceeded with the call. Adnan was able to access my computer, locate the issue quickly and guide me to make the needed changes. It was also late in the day right around 5:00. Steady Networks has been a great IT service provider for our startup company during 2022. We've implemented quite a few new SasS tools this year and they've been right there with us helping to make sure things get configured correctly and properly maintained. Jonathan (Steady's CEO) is personally involved in key meetings to make sure everything is progressing well. I've found each tech that supports our account to be smart and motivated individuals that try hard to go the extra mile with all that we throw their way.
