On July 25 of this year we went to this store located on alamaeda, we were helped by alma she made our experience at this store perfect! From the start to the end, the process with our insurance selecting glasses frames and some repairs that we had for our sons glasses was great. Alma explained what we would have to pay and the discounts we had threw our insurance. At the time of paying everything was exactly we she said. Great customer service and knowledge of her job. We left our son's glasses for repair and they got back very quickly which my son was very happy since he didn't have glasses at the time.
