I called the clinic today needing a document for my grandson to attend Daycare. I would like to give praise to all the staff that helped me. The first woman I spoke to ( I did not catch her name) was extremely helpful and Loretta who called me back right away and got me what I needed. You all ROCK!!!!

I have been trying to get medical information faxed to this clinic for the past 3 weeks. Have called multiple times a week to have an update and nothing until I went today and they let me know after 3 weeks to have it addressed. Thanks guys, big headache this was.
