Everyone was nice and helpful. They did a good job with my dog who had broken his tail and needed it amputated. And were helpful when I asked for a hand written prescription instead of buying the antibiotics from them. Called the next day to see how he was doing which I thought was nice. They even let us keep the tail.
Front desk staff is either really nice and helpful or clueless, there was no happy medium for each of our visits. Provided incorrect information when scheduling the 1st appt. The front deck staff didnt tell us what we needed to bring. Then the vet tech argued until I brought to her attention that I was trying to get accurate information that wasn't provided and that she seemed inapproprately angry with us. She did immediatel become helful. They ran out of vaccination even though they knew how many dogs were scheduled and we had to rescedule and bring a dog back. They told me they would call on Thursday but I ended up calling myself on Friday afternoon.
We found a puppy that had an eye problem. They were able to fit us in to have him checked out. He ended up with an eye infection. The whole appointment, which included a physical exam and medication,, cost less than $100.00. The staff and doctor were wonderful too.
