I reached out to Sentry Solutions about seven months ago when we had just moved into our new house. Unfortunately, a few unexpected issues arose, and we had to postpone service until a few weeks ago. I am the type of person who researches companies and services. I spent many hours researching big-name companies, and because we had just moved in, a lot of those same companies came to visit us. Ultimately the decision was made to go local and with Sentry Solutions. First, when you call, you are talking to a person locally. Not a call center that is going to pass you along to someone else who is out to sell you something. Gary immediately set up an appointment to assess the needs of my home and family. I was surprised when he not only arrived on time but was a few minutes early. I was also provided with constant updates on his ETA. Next, Gary listened to what I had to say and what I thought I needed for my home. It turns out that what I wanted was more than I needed. I immediately realized that Gary was an honest businessman; he could have just made the sale but instead explained to me why I didn’t need the extra equipment. Ultimately even though I did not purchase what I initially wanted, I was able to purchase other items from him to better secure my home. Because of this interaction, I chose Sentry Solutions as my security provider, and we set up an installation date. Installation was even better than my first meeting with Gary. I was introduced to Davin at this time, who assisted with the installation. 10-star service! Gary and Davin showed up on time; they installed all my equipment flawlessly. I am known to be quite picky when it comes to my house, and they both took all my concerns in stride. Actually, they were way ahead of me on this. I did not have nails and cords, and other items dangling in an unsightly manner. Instead, every piece of equipment was strapped up nicely into the eaves and out of sight. Gary and Davin thoroughly explained the app they use and how to use the panel inside the home, and they helped me set up and align cameras. All while providing what I consider the best customer service. If you have read this far, just call them already; you won’t regret it. This is the best customer service experience I have had in years, and I will recommend them to anyone needing their services.
