We would give zero stars if possible. We used to go here to use them for our hotel. Overseeing our fire alarm panel and monitoring it. Not anymore. Every time we get a hold of someone they promise the manager will call us back to get us on the schedule. Rarely he would actually call! We've been going back and forth now for 2.5 months since this issue happened. A few times we did actually receive a call back, he said oh ya I'll send some guys out first thing tomorrow blahblahblah. Ya right!! Awful custumer service and attentiveness. Obviously these guys don't like to make money because they ignore bigger jobs because of laziness.
