I visited Saigon Beauty Salon Inc for a manicure and pedicure. 6/28/2025.
The nail techs did a decent job—professional and attentive during the service. However, I couldn't help but notice something that left me uncomfortable. There was a young underage boy collecting tips from customers, and it appeared he was keeping the money instead of passing it on to the nail techs who actually provided the service.

This raises concerns about fairness and professionalism. The techs work hard and deserve to be directly compensated for their work. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure that tips go to the right people. Until then, I’d recommend handing tips...read full review

I have been to this salon on 7 occasions over the years, all for a haircut. Stylist Don cut my hair beautifully but then moved to Florida. The owner Thu has cut my hair twice and I didn't care for the haircut. The problem is she leaves you sitting at her chair to answer the phone, to take payment from a customer, to rinse the color from someone's hair, to help her brother at the cash register, etc. I found this very unprofessional. I miss Don, his professional haircuts, pleasant demeanor, attention to detail. I haven't been back in at least 5 years...

Henry took one look at me and saw how stressed I appeared. Without asking, he gave me a neck and shoulder massage, cut my hair, washed my hair and did a scalp massage. I was touched by his compassion. Left a huge tip. 😊
