Brought in my cat for some concerning vomiting. They got me in pretty fast for being a walk in patient and were thorough with their work up. Overall felt like my pet and I were 100% cared for here.Thank you Route 66!!
We lost our Poodle of 17 years on the way to the Route 66 Vet. Speaking with Trevor on the way. He was very empathic and helpful explaining what to expect when we arrived and how they could help. The process when we arrived at the clinic was smooth and comforting for the situation at hand. Thank you for helping us with all the arrangements with Lily.
We were referred to this clinic by family members. It was late on a Saturday, and our dear sweet beloved chihuahua Gracie was ill and had deteriorated from a short but cruel illness that was making her life miserable. We knew we needed help in ending her suffering. One phone call, about 1 1/5 hours before the clinic closed and an understanding staff member offered an appointment with a wonderful emergency DVM. We weren’t rushed, we were comforted , our Gracie was treated with comfort and dignity.
