Tilly ate something and we weren’t sure what it was. We arrive at 12am and we were out by 1:30, the fastest we’ve ever been at an emergency vet. The staff was very kind and I appreciated security walking us in and out at that hour.

Rushed us to the back when my dogs foot was bleeding. All of the staff was super friendly and very concerned. It was a few stitches and a bandage later but they took exceptional care of us. We left there feeling much better. This is a plus their prices are more reasonable than other 24 hour Vet ER places.

We had to bring our 14-year-old cat, Tigre, to Route 66 Veterinary Emergency & Critical Care Center after his health declined significantly. Although we initially called about euthanasia, the staff took the time to explain our options, answer all of our questions, and give us the time we needed to make the best decision for him.
Everyone we spoke with was incredibly compassionate, empathetic, and understanding throughout the entire process. They made an extremely difficult experience much easier to navigate and treated Tigre and our family with so much care.
