Saturday morning (September 3) we had a backup in both bathrooms. After calling 5 different plumbing companies and getting various reasons why they couldn’t come out I tried Roto-Rooter. I realize it was a holiday weekend but all these companies I called advertised emergency service. I talked to a very nice lady at Roto-Rooter and she told me she’d call me back. She did, in less than an hour and in less than 30 minutes 2 young men were at my home to fix our problem. They were very nice and professional, they fixed the problem in less than half an hour.
