Incredibly unprofessional and terrible at their task of cleaning — charged $350 for a deep cleaning and left new wet, stains on the carpet, including a permanent chemical stain, and did a very basic, quick clean of the house. I ended up having to do the whole thing myself. Such a waste of money. Absolute icing on the cake is that they took off with all of my new cleaning supplies! And left the A/C running at the lowest temp possible overnight. I heartily warn against hiring this company!
We requested a deep clean of the living room, kitchen, dining area, and bathrooms in our 1300 sq ft home. The two person crew in charge of this worked hard for the time they were in our home, but fell extremely short in their task. When speaking to their boss/manager, she took off $80 from the original $280 total, after realizing the cleaners didn’t actually perform some of the jobs that were quoted in our estimate. Unfortunately, we will have to re-clean areas that were poorly cleaned in addition to cleaning areas that we paid to have cleaned, that were skipped. Would not recommend.
